A previously good company corrupted from the inside. Lost its purpose.

The challengesManagement doesn't listen. Prepare to get really overworked. Company mission is fake.

Do not join Quipper. Worst environment
The good thingsYou can work from home. No office.
The challengesManagement only likes the sales team. Sales people have bad attitude and very rude to everyone. The CEO and managers all side with them and you will have no voice if you are not in sales.

    Inconsistent quality and uncommunicative staff
The good thingsone of the few things it has going is that the position is home-based and output-based. As long as you meet the deadline, there shouldn't be an issue.
The challengesYou're required to review one whole lesson, which comprises a total of 5 documents, namely : the teacher's guide, the presentation slides, the assignments/drills, the answer key and the study guide for such a small amount. You're paid per lesson, by the way, so after finding out just how small you're getting it's a bit demotivating to work hard. The HR staff in charge of payroll is mostly unresponsive to queries even during normal working hours.

The good thingsGood opportunities for education and tech industry. Salary is average among the market. But lower compared to other tech companies and competitors.
The challengesThe work requires more than 8 hours to commit. The bonuses are dependent on the whole performance of the organization. The culture can be stressful.
