Executive Assistant to the General ManagerThe good thingsWhat I like most in this company is the HMO benefit. Me and my husband are covered with free in-patient and out-patient benefits as they have extended the benefit to up to 3 of employee's dependents and coverage of Php 150,000 for hospitalization.
The challengesOther benefits are quite lower than other companies, e.g. Retirement plan, medicine reimbursement is only Php 5,000 per year. Salary increase is only minimal. For my level and tenure, expected salary should be Php 50,000 or more but I am oly receiving Php 42,000 with almost Php 10,000 deduction for withholding tax. The company also cut its budget for employees' training and development.
