The good thingsThe workload is equally divided among the team. There is teamwork. Co-workers are fun to work with. The company is generous in benefits.
The challengesLack of proper training prior to formal start of work. There is graveyard shift.

The good thingsWhat I like most in this company is the HMO benefit. Me and my husband are covered with free in-patient and out-patient benefits as they have extended the benefit to up to 3 of employee's dependents and coverage of Php 150,000 for hospitalization.
The challengesOther benefits are quite lower than other companies, e.g. Retirement plan, medicine reimbursement is only Php 5,000 per year. Salary increase is only minimal. For my level and tenure, expected salary should be Php 50,000 or more but I am oly receiving Php 42,000 with almost Php 10,000 deduction for withholding tax. The company also cut its budget for employees' training and development.

    Secured future secured health
The good thingsThey give the best benefits to their employee especially health card and life insurance. They give a year round medical allowance. They extend their benefits to families as dependent in our health card. They prioritize the pregnant women because they have the best maternity benefits. They develop employee's talents and skills, teaches us to be more responsible, and improved our expertise.
The challengesGive additional salary to the employees who are cross trained to different process or employees who have several process to handle.
