    The good thingsI remember when I graduated and got hired by my first employer I really didn't know what the business world looks like but little by little in everyday of my work here I got a glimpse of what really the world of business is. And as time goes by I appreciate what I have learn from my work and the persons whom I worked with .
    The challengesThe different personalities and character of the persons whom I worked with. The pressure I get from some of my responsibilities that I cannot control the outcome.
