    MICRO MANAGED
The good thingsSalary is quite high for Iloilo based company but still not competitive in terms of work load.
The challengesIt is a family owned business, thus be prepared to be micro managed. Working on this company is very stressful and the employees are required to work on an extended office hours and even report for work on a weekend without overtime pay. Since it is a micro managed company, the working environment is at its worst.

Oueen Bank Strategic Approach on Human Capital Group
The good thingsWell you will be trained in Various aspects of Baning Operation and Csh management. You will handle multi-tasking that when the go to other Banks you will have and edge since your workload is heavy as compared to others. Peer Banks felt that if they get People from Queen Bank they will not be shortchange since they are well trained.
The challengesHow to remain loyal under a working environment that does not improve employees sorking package.
