    Excellent Company & Management!
The good things- Great compensation - Top-notch benefits (bonuses, Internet & electricity allowance, medical benefits, paid leaves & many more) - Best environment, coworkers and bosses! No politics. No toxic workmates. - The management, especially the CEO and CTO, really cares about their employees. - The company is continuously growing and prefers internal hiring, so there are endless opportunities for professional development. - Doesn't look at tenure but at attitude and skills. Deserving staff get promoted within months. - Hires people with no experience. The majority of the management and outstanding employees have no prior experience.
The challengesNo company is perfect but it's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy working in the company. I have achieved so much growth in such a short span of time through the support of the upper management and my team.

    Appreciative Managers
The good thingsJust and fair when it comes to pay and wages. Rest assured that team efforts are not overlooked.
The challengesFast-paced innovations. The company is always willing to invest in technology, so the processes keep improving. Definitely a challenge for those who are not used to changes.

    Challenging work environment
The good thingsThe marketing industry is very fast-paced, so the company is ever-growing to keep up with the times. There's lots to learn and lots of personal growth that can be developed.
The challengesCan be stressful since the company is still shorthanded with employees, that's why most employees need to be really self-sufficient

Growing company that is stable and rewards employees according to their contribution
The good thingsA lot of room for personal and professional growth. Great benefits. Competitive salary. Amazing company culture that prioritizes health and employee well-being/growth.
The challengesI'm not used to time trackers but it's helpful in monitoring and analysis.

Stable company with great management that truly cares for the staff
The good thingsI like the collaborative work environment. Each department has its functions, but everyone works together to achieve common goals. I like how transparent the management is to its people.
The challengesWork hours can be stressful and the hours long. But you will be compensated more than fairly if you give your best in what you do.

The challengesThe work environment is fast-paced and stressful. But if you do your work well, you will be compensated more than fairly.

Rewarding as you reap what you sow
The good thingsAdmire the principles and values of the bosses and management. They really put a premium on integrity and quality. The bosses are also very passionate about what they do-- they definitely walk the talk.
The challengesCan be high-pressure at times. Some periods require working beyond hours, but still appreciate the work-life balance and how we can clock out at 4PM so long as all the tasks for the day have been accomplished.
