    The Management are not good, especially the EA's. They are feeling entitled and well knowledgeable.

    The challengesMicro Management, Im handling General Accounting but no staff only 1. They have system where not utilized. More on manual monitoring. And you need to prepare a report for 6 companies

    The good thingsIt is about sense of ownership, i learned a lot about merchandising display, how to motivate my merchandisers, and time management.

    The good thingsManagement listens, very approachable and looks after the welfare of employees. Recently, a lot of changes are being implemented in order to improve systems, processes and organizational culture. Improvements are being instituted with the goal of making the company a great place to work.

    Changes are on their way
    The good thingsThe company is always on its feet. They are open to new ideas, changes, improvements, feedback and concerns. They make an excellent effort to hire only the best and reduce stress in the workplace but at the same time ensure timely delivery and efficiency of all company processes. You will feel at ease on their next steps and you can definitely say that the company is growing based on their future plans.
    The challengesGetting them to invest on a IT process improvement is very challenging. This is understandable because they need to spend intelligently and make sure their investments always have a big impact on our organization. Drastic organizational changes will always have an impact on every employee and their work flow/momentum. That's why they need to study every change they wish to implement even more carefully.

    A Review
    The good thingsThe relationship of each employee to one another. My manager who patiently trained and thought me and His example of Hard-work. Before I leaved the company there is changes in the system which I believed can contribute for its growth and can make every employee be efficient in their task. Now, it seems change is inevitable in Quanta I am looking forward to see a bigger and successful company.
    The challengesDuring my stay in Quanta, I encountered a lot of challenges especially in their system. Old, obsolete and it seems that no one is ready for a change. But then after a year when we transferred to our new office of course a diff.challenge here. The top management took stand and fixed every imperfect system of work. This begun the not so good and not so bad reactions, responses and decisions.
