    First job, quite an unexpected experience but learned a lot.
    The good thingsgreat training on how to treat patients/customers and on proper attitude for costumer services. the environment and co-employees were mostly nice and easy to get along with. Generous number of days for leaves, sick-leaves, etc. (though subject for approval if >3days).
    The challengesIt's a new company so expect growing pains aka problems along the way and adjustments to policies every now and then. They may be patient centered but not very employee-centered but they try (i think)

    It was nice working here, every employee we’re valued with their hardwork and effort in achieving the company goal
    The good thingsEmployees continue to collaborate and maintain excellency in providing quality care to patients. Everyone is supportive and well mannered. The upper management always get along with their employees no matter how superior they are, they still maintain a friendly working environment
    The challengesYou just have to be serious and always put your best in everything that you do. Challenges are tough since everything is medically related especially if you are the primary health care provider

    The challengesLow salary, i'm unable to reward myself nor balance my life because of my income. Every day is a struggle to meet my dues, too much stress financially sabotage me and make my decision impulsive. Might be passed hunger. Even if i want to take care myself and my health, i can't do that! I need to monitor my expenses and little savings i have personally. i'm conserving my energy. That is my biggest challenge: persevere, patience and hope that my effort will come to pay me right Even its like that i am not late to submit my report before deadline, i do the job right, no more or less. I am punctual. I play on the edges safe. I'm more an observer and a listener. Following policy. Smiling face. Just a regular and simple employee.

    it was not that good but not that bad of an experience
    The good thingsi was able to work at two departments at a time. i experienced a lot during my stay. i was able to try doing managerial job but did not had the salary intended for my workload.
    The challengesi have to work for two departments but do not have the salary for two departments. they cross cut. i hate it

    The good thingsWhat I can only enjoy here is my bonding moments with my co-workers. Also, in this company they offer a 15 days VL (Vacation Leave), 15 days SL (Sick Leave) and one of the bonus leave is their Birthday Leave. Working environment and facility is outstanding, however it is not recommended for walk-in patients since they are after for their APE and PPE. They actually do not assist their walk-ins.
    The challengesThe company is tolerating the wrong doings of the clinic managers, staff and even the top management specifically the HR. If they don't like you in their clinic, they will make negative stories, comments and evaluation against you. So that, on the 3rd evaluation they can terminate you even without due process. They love terminating employees with no due process. Been hearing a lot of stories.
