It was a great experience, I really loved working there.
The good thingsI teach diverse learners which help me improves my patience, adaptability and teaching strategies.
The challengesHealth issues; if you work there you should know how to balance work and a healthy lifestyle. Since teaching is somehow makes you stress as you teach and meet different learners and challenged by their behavior . And you always face the screen and sitting there for many hours. You should take care of your health by giving time to exercised and should get enough sleep.

Life changing experience as someone in her 20s.
The good thingsA good start for those who would like to work in the ESL industry. Big company. Large number of students online and offline. Opportunity to grow as an individual and as a teacher like trainings and internal recruitment.
The challengesWork environment as you will meet different types of people, workmates or students, the good and the bad. Sometimes they have mandatory OTs due to students' population. Cultural differences dealing with different nationalities.

Good learning experience that helped me grow, but management and HR issues were challenging.
The good thingsI enjoyed the opportunity to teach diverse students and develop my communication and classroom management skills. Being a TikTok host also helped me become more confident and creative when interacting with different audiences.
The challengesPoor management, unclear communication, unstable schedules, and very slow HR response made it difficult to work efficiently. There were also recurring salary disputes that caused frustration among employees.

My experience with the company had both pros and cons: it provided a good training ground and valuable exposure to teaching different students, but poor management, frequent changes, unstable scheduling, and delayed release of final pay (up to two months) greatly affected teachers.
The good thingsThis can be your training ground if you lack ESL experience.
The challenges-The main challenges are poor management and constant changes, which greatly affect teachers. -There will be a two-month delay before you receive your last pay.

I experienced a friendly environment, but faced poor HR support, security issues, a flawed attendance system, and delayed release of final pay.
The good thingsThis company offers a friendly and welcoming environment, with trainers, supervisors, and team leaders who are respectful and supportive. The facilities are well-maintained, with staff regularly cleaning the comfort rooms and providing sanitary supplies like toilet paper.
The challengesHR is unresponsive and campus security is poor with theft issues. The booking and attendance system is unreliable, causing long delays in clocking out and issues with device support. Final pay is often delayed beyond the legal 30-day period.

The challengesA lot of training and enhancements to provide good quality services to our clients. With the help of my colleagues and leaders, I passed and it was my stepping stone in my life here abroad.

INCONSISTENT of their rules ( they change it whenever they like and the employees are not given any chance to speak about the changes) MANDATORY OT (even you are sick you have to render OT) DEDUCTION IS HIGHER THAN YOUR DAILY WAGE ( ex. Daily wage is 435. (Deduction is 800 (for student)+ Daily wage( 435))= 1235 is the deduction for a day of absence. There are a lot of things we need to do aside from teaching students.
    The good thingsNothing in particular.
The challenges1. Keeping healthy all the time in order not to be absent from work because the deduction is very high.

Not Good, poor management, not following DOLE Standards
The good thingsThere are no good things here.
The challengesAs a company nurse here you must act like a COMPANY PHYSICIAN, HR OFFICER and as well an ACCOUNTANT. AFTER YOUR SHIFT YOU ARE ONCALL but it offers no overtime, it is more on OFFER TIME.

It is a fruit-bearing experience here.
The good thingsThe management provides a lot of incentives tot hose who work wholeheartedly. They also provide training for the teachers' improvement.
The challengesThe only challenge here is the schedule, especially in this pandemic time. We are prone to changing our schedule whenever necessary. Another thing is to deal with students from different countries.

Work/Life Balance, great. Salary and perks, not so.
The good thingsThe stress level in this company is just average. I like how they value their employees' well-being by providing sleeping lounges inside the production floor in case we needed rest.
The challengesThe challenge is the amount of deduction it costs whenever the employee will have absences, even if it is for health reasons (with using SL).

They offer good curriculum to students
The good thingsWorking in this company for about 11 months is pretty fun. I've learned a lot of culture due to the varieties of students enrolled. The salary is pretty high especially if you are never tardy. I've got a decent salary even without having OTs. You have a meal allowance every month which you can only consume in their cafeteria. Great incentives.
The challengesThe challenge that I have encountered so far is the management. They are not that approachable and don't value their teachers. It seems that they are implying that teachers are replaceable (which in fact is true, but to feel that? It isn't good). If you will be absent for a day, almost all of your incentives will be lost as well. There are a lot of training BUT unpaid. Take note: A lot of employees left NOT BECAUSE OF LOW SALARY BUT BECAUSE OF POOR MANAGEMENT.

Exciting job for a slightly above average salary
The good thingsThe job itself is very exciting and stress-free. All you have to do is be very good in English. You don't even have to be that good. So long as you're funny, has strong interpersonal skills, your students will love you and will make your job a dream come true. The company comes up with exciting activities for the employees every now and then. You get to interact with people of different nationalities.
The challengesThis is mostly a Japanese owned company, so expect that it is more client-centered rather than employee-focused. Statutory benefits remittances are not on time, including SSS and PAG-IBIG loan payments. The company's Human Resource department, the team that is responsible for ensuring the employee's benefits are processed and remitted, is understaffed. Thus, the delay of remittances. The irony is, it being in an industry that started in this age of innovation and advancement, the management is quite slow in that area specially when it comes to improving work processes and system

It's nice to work in this kind of company.
The good thingsThe employer is very accommodating and flexible to everyone. The management is quite good.
The challengesI encounter many challenges while working in this company especially teaching kids is quite difficult for me because I don't really like teaching kids. However, I overcome it and started to love teaching kids. It's enjoyable anyway. It hones my skills in teaching.
