    The good thingsI had a highly positive experience during my internship at QNE, where I was able to expand my knowledge and refine my skills. Despite the new challenge of working remotely, the supportive management and positive work environment made the adjustment seamless. The responsible behavior of my colleagues and interns, coupled with their optimistic attitudes, created an enjoyable and motivating atmosphere, which greatly contributed to my growth and success during my internship.
    The challengesWhile working remotely (Work-From-Home setup), I encountered a few technical difficulties that were not directly related to the company's management. Nevertheless, all technical issues were swiftly resolved, enabling me to continue my work with minimal disruptions and maintain a high level of productivity. I would like to express my gratitude towards the company for their support of my Work-From-Home setup internship and their efforts in ensuring that all concerns — no matter how little it seems — will be addressed immediately.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working here as an intern and from my experience, I really recommend this company to new interns or people who's looking for a job because this company treats their employees accordingly and I love how they appreciate everyone's work even to us interns
    The challengesThe supervisors tends to get super busy sometimes so in some occasions, we try to figure out solutions on our own however they do try to contact us as soon as they can to address our needs

    The good thingsI can say that I did not regret joining this such reputable company. I learn many new things throughout my internship journey here and I got the chance to enhance and develop my skills through the help of my supervisor. QNE is really dedicated to its mission in transforming the lives of its employees for them to be happier, secured and to have a better future. I can always feel the warmth and professionalism of everyone in the company that makes the environment productive and stress-free. I will be forever grateful for the opportunity that QNE has given to me and I hope the company will constantly be committed in providing the best treatment and support to its employees.
    The challengesI just experience technical difficulties given that I am in a work-from-home setup. Nevertheless, every issues were resolved immediately.

    The challengesIt is a challenge for me, a non-accounting major to be familiarized with the process of accountancy. But QNE will make sure that there are proper training, coaching, and continues guidance until they know that you can handle the task independently.     Working experience as an intern
    The good thingsOne of my most cherished college learning experiences was my internship at QNE. They will provide you the opportunity to observe how HR operates within the organization, from recruiting candidates all the way through the onboarding of new hires. I had the opportunity to perform various works that I really enjoyed, such as sourcing, phone interviews for the purpose of application screening, and conducting tests. I am a psychology student with two employment options when I graduate: clinical and industrial settings. Prior to starting my on-the-job training, I was unclear which professional route to choose. My decision to pursue a career in human resources was affected by this internship. I am really grateful for everything I learned in QNE because I feel like I can do my work successfully today.
    The challengesminimal supervision, however, it was a great opportunity to enhance my decision-making skills and to explore beyond what is taught.

They also ensure that our well-being are taken care of. Work-life balance. Team buildings out of town and many other perks. Working at QNE is the best decision I have ever made.
    The challengesOne of the challenges I faced when I started working was familiarizing myself with Accounting, but it was easily solved because my mentors and supervisors have been so patient, considerate, and amazing in giving me the proper training before I handle my own clients.
