    The good things• Flexibility in the working schedule with work from home opportunities. • Open communication is encourage among peers • Working with ethnically diverse people
    The challenges• Internal processes are sometimes incoherent which can potentially affect you. • Lacks effective consultation with various departments when implementing new processes. • Very unstructured internally and many loopholes in it's processes • Too many bosses • Workload > Pay
