Good company but lack of trainings & support.
The good thingsI enjoyed the company of my colleagues.
The challengesThe company must improve their system & Management. Support for Field sales must be given fairly. They must provide the vehicle for customer visits/meetings purposes. Mileage claim & Car maintenance are very low.
