Q2 HR Intern ExperienceI’m grateful for the 3-week internship experience at Q2. While I believe a longer duration or more than 100 hours could’ve given us the chance to explore and learn even more, the time we had still gave me a meaningful glimpse into what it’s like to be part of a real HR department. I was able to apply what I’ve learned in school and gain valuable hands-on experience. The tasks we handled were relevant, and the team, especially the supervisors, were approachable and patient, even when one of us had lots of questions. Though there were occasional inconsistencies in how tasks were delegated (especially when our main supervisor wasn't around), it actually taught me the value of asking directly and clarifying things when in doubt. All in all, the internship helped me better understand HR work and made me more confident about stepping into the professional world.

The company is good at handling interns and taught us the things that we needed to learn about. They also help us build a solid foundation for our future career path. The companies way of handling interns is good and actually not that restricting. The negative thing about it is the fact that it is too far from where i am currently residing.

My internship at Q2 HR Solutions Group of Companies was a truly enriching experience. It allowed me to explore various departments, gain insight into their distinct functions, engage with diverse professionals, and challenge myself in new environments—all of which contributed to the growth of both my skills and confidence.
The good thingsWhat I admire most about Q2 is the work culture they cultivate—one that is rooted in mutual respect, collaboration, and authenticity. The healthy internal relationships among team members naturally extend to the way they engage with clients and partners, creating a professional environment that is both supportive and impactful.
The challengesNone that I can think of.

Being an Intern at Q2Q2 is a great company. In my three weeks of stay there as an intern, I can say that had a positive experience. The employees are welcoming and supportive, and they taught me how to execute the tasks properly. While my time there was limited, I learned a lot about organizational dynamics and team culture. I believe that my knowledge here will be useful for my professional career in the future.

Decoding Q2's Helix: Unraveling Our Growth, Innovation, and Trajectory Towards Tomorrow's Horizon'sMy internship at Q2 was an enriching and highly beneficial experience. I gained significant knowledge and practical skills within my assigned department, largely due to the supportive and kind nature of the employees. This experience has undoubtedly provided a strong foundation for my future career. While a formal orientation was not provided, I quickly adapted to the company's guidelines and successfully fulfilled all expectations.

A very fun yet educational experience.
The good thingsThe work enviroment is pleasant, the upper ups are accomodating, employees are super nice to us interns.
The challengesSince I live in Quezon City and this institution is located at Makati City, commuting is dreadful and tiring. Outside of this me problem, I don't have any negative thing to say.

I am a sourcing associate wherein I encode on a tracker which my supervisor will use to chose who to endorse.Working conditions are fine with generous break times, employees are easy to communicate and work with. However, task completion and timely reporting to my supervisor are delayed due to laggy internet connection.

During my time at Q2 as an HR Assistant Trainee, I developed key skills in candidate sourcing, communication, and collaboration. Beyond technical tasks, I learned the value of workplace camaraderie and giving my full effort in a supportive environment. This experience strengthened both my HR capabilities and my sense of professional purpose.Working with Q2 was more than just about tasks or ticking off responsibilities. It was an experience that shaped how I see work, relationships, and growth. Q2 isn’t just a company; it’s a space built on camaraderie, respect, and a shared sense of purpose. The work environment is warm, supportive, and deeply growth-oriented. You don’t just clock in and out—you feel like you’re part of something meaningful; it felt like a family, or a circle of friends. And honestly, that’s something many of us job seekers have been looking for all along: a workplace that doesn’t just demand effort, but grows with you and lifts you up in return.

    BEWARE. No accountability.
The good thingsSalary and incentives were relatively high but this had nothing to do with Q2. This was thanks to the client.
The challengesDid not provide accountability when client's scheduled incentives were not provided on time. They did not provide my clearance papers and did not respond to me even after letting them know that I would take legal action. Did not even bother. Waste of time.

What I liked most about the company during my internship was the opportunity to apply my academic knowledge in a real-world setting, contribute to various tasks, and observe how the team maintained professionalism and got things done despite the challenges, in those tense moments with tight deadlines and heavy workloads.
The good thingsWhat I liked most about the company during my internship is that I was able to experience and apply my academic knowledge in a real-world setting. I got a first-hand look at how their work operates, and I was grateful to contribute—whether through big or small tasks.

A good company for intern students.
The good thingsI have been an intern here as a background checker. I would say that the good things here are the people (they are very friendly and they are willing to help you if you have a concerns) and the environment (it is very peaceful and clean).
The challengesOf course, there would be a challenges but I believe that there are no bad things happened here since I completed my ojt with them in a good way.

    Hard to hit performance targets
The good thingsThe employees at the lower levels of the organization are generally friendly and happy people. You will make a lot of long-term friends in this company.
The challengesThe performance targets are hard to achieve. This affects your eligibility to receive commissions and performance bonus. The expectations are also sometimes too much. A manager can man multiple unrelated businesses and attend long meetings everyday. The management could be a little bit more sensitive with employees personal time.

    Excellent environment and advisors
The good thingsThe environment was excellent. Everyone, especially our advisors was very warm, friendly, considerate, and professional. As interns, we didn't feel any gap between us and our trainers. They made us feel important, included, and actually professionals. They made us enjoy our experience and appreciate HR more.
The challengesNot the company's fault but I wish I had a long experience and stay with the organization. I enjoyed and learned a lot.
