    Offsite duties to repair of a loadboard used on production,maintenance of DUT site by applying solution. To do that repair you need a microscope its very tiny 0.30mm lannding pads. On site duties I'am multi tasking we do repair machines,equiptments, electrical modefication and tools..

    Good to gain experience; but no growth
    The good things- Good for fresh grads to gain experience - Management is very supportive
    The challenges- No HMO, only gov mandated benefits - No growth (unless you really excel and a position opens up then you get absorbed)
