    The good things1. 30 days leave that is convertible to cash 2. Bonuses on top of 13th month pay 3. HMO 4. Additional 2 days leave with pay for your birthday and anniversary leave 5. The office is only until 5pm, I enjoy the afternoon vibe 6. In Puyat Steel, you can feel that it's balance, rules for one is rules for all. Even though your a head, staff, etc same rules applies. 7. There's always an opportunity to meet and interact with alot of people. 8. Professionalism is practiced here. They have rules and procedures that needs to be followed. 9. They accept fresh grads and they are. more human compare to other company's
    The challenges1. They are very strict with attendance 2. Puyat Steel is a fast phased company, time management is a must, if you dont know how to manage your time, you will have a lot of delays. 3. Limited parking area

    The good thingsI'm a fresh graduate and working at Puyat Steel Corp. is my first job and experienced what it feels like to work in a corporate world. If you are a fresh grad, you can say that working in Puyat Steel Corp serves as a a challenging training ground for you especially in Sales Department, you have to not just deal with sales people but you have to also work with them. Everyday, you've got to learn and discover few simple but a great skill that you might be thankfull for in the future days.
    The challengesIts inevitable for most employees to face challenges in a work field. And as an observer one thing that you always have to remember is that : Keep on track and trust yourself. You have to be a person with integrity and no matter what people might throw at you just remember that you did your part.

    Good employee relationship but need to improve management system
    The good thingsMaintained good relationship with co-employee.An environment where you can observed a well established relationship with company. If you know well how to handle stress then you don't have to worry on getting things done.
    The challengesHandling and working with irate and complains of salesperson. You have to establish your own technique and system on how to get your work done. Management support needs to improve better. Proper and systematic coordination with Sales Admin and Technical Department for smooth proper flow of documents and process and lastly, need for annual training of salesperson especially on handling client concern and its courses of action on how to satisfy their concerns. Management evaluation shall also be conducted by the rank and file to give them a chance to voice out their concerns.

    The good thingsPuyat Steel Corp. - APO roof is a good and generous company, I learn more knowledge in pre- engineering works, like estimating, detailing & communicating internal & external customers, They give me a highly knowledge in terms of managing time under pressure.

    The good thingsIt is fun working here because employees are friendly and have high sense of humor. You will often feel that you are just doing school works needed to be passed before the deadline. This is one of the company where you will gain much experience.
    The challengesIt is quite stressful because there are times that you'll be working under pressure. If you want to work because you just want to have a good salary, then this is not for you.

    The good thingsThe Company itself treats its employee equally. Discipline is very important inside the plant. It is the kind of company that a employee became more productive and efficient in every aspect of the plant operation. The development in a career as a Production Operator is good actually.
    The challengesAs a Cadet Engineer it is your responsibility to be a pioneer in Operation inside the plant, but it is more challenging to ensure the your co - workers are safe at all times. Safety is what I admire the most inside the plant.

    The challengesas an HR, the most challenging part i had encounter was when I was looking for a managerial position that will fit to the culture of our company. the salary and benefits should be raised a little higher especially to supervisory level.
