NOT RECOMMENDED TO APPLY AND WORK HERE IF YOU ARE AN IT OR PROGRAMMER
The good thingsActually, i heard about some good things here in pulp since this is an event company and nice people around you.
The challengesThey decided to plan a fast paced project which they are not thinking and less ideas on how to implement it, Not a good company for you to grow and learn new skill sets which everyone like my situation needs, changing of plans when it comes to date of hire and also the status of employment from probitionary to project bases like in my situation.

    Fun during events
The good thingsI was a marketing/production intern. During regular hours there's nothing much to do. But when the concert is near, the whole team is busy and productive. It was very fun to work during and before the concert. But they are strict in fangirling the artists which i understand. Working hours is very flexible bcs we're just interns. Eating time is also flexible. The boss is very nice and hands on in leading the team.
The challengesExtended working hours during events/concerts Most of the time it's not productive

    Fun
The good thingsGetting to see and hear the band do soundcheck before their concert.
The challengesThe challenge is to be able to keep your calm because you have to compose yourself while in front of them or talking to them. You cannot fangirl like the usual concert-goer.
