    Fulfilling job but does not compensate well
    The good thingsPublic service is a fulfilling job. It molds you to be compassionate with your work and extends your helpfulness to others. It gives you the idea on how to truly help people who are in need especially those who are not well off of our indigent people of the society.
    The challengesLack of promotion is the hindrance for the people to stay in this company, maybe if they give rooms for promotion then somehow the employees will have more motivation to stay.

    The good thingsI have enjoyed working here as a trainee and learned alot at the same time. The work environment is very friendly and professional. All the employees and employer shares a great relationship to one another another.
