    Overall good and supportive management
The good thingsOne of the best companies in the country. Management really looks out for you. Supportive and highly considerate heads and managers (which is rare today), smart and intelligent colleagues, and they trust that you can lead projects.
The challengesThe current situation of the company. If they only had more clients, they can be easily be recognized as a very good workplace.

go for this company if you're only looking for growth or just starting out career. for mid level career, i would advice to think twice in joining this company. there is no job security in this company.
The good thingshybrid work setup, good environment, friendly people
The challengesthe company is in financial crisis and recovering from debts. the office is really bad workplace. delayed payroll/benefits. they cut many employees citing performance issues, but in actual, the management provides insufficient support to employees and just cutting their manpower expenses.

Big corporate dreams stifled by lack of financial backing
The good thingsA lot of intelligent people working there with impressive resumes. The best thing about the company is the People & Culture team who have injected online learning into the corporate culture
The challengesBecause they did not win the 3rd telco bid, all the potential investors disappeared and it left the company in a financially unstable situation. It takes millions of pesos to keep a fiber network up and running which the company's owners are no longer willing to shell out. As a result, the company is subsisting on current revenue to keep itself afloat. It's so bad that often, the only elevator in the building is not functioning because they don't have enough money to maintain it!
