    A good company
The good thingsCompany provides special benefits to its employee and gives knowledge regarding building facade services and consultancies. Working enviroment and co-workers are nice and friendly. I can recommend the company to people who like to know more about curtain wall design and any related terminologies to building facade.
The challengesWork is stressful, especially when the project is complex and requires good engineering checks. Clients also demand way off on company's manpower capabilities, therefore, overtime work is mandatorily required for work. Some project team may or will have a hard time to cope up with other co-workers' behavior.

The good thingsManagement organized sports activities and fun parties. They also provided exercise equipment, good compensation package.
The challengesEmployee have to be highly motivated as there is little guidance provided by supervisors.
