    The overall employee experience (application to onboarding) has been a nice and smooth experience
    The good thingsThe recruitment/application process has been smooth, and the recruiter has been so attentive to give you updates during the whole application process. The arrangement is remote work and flexible.
    The challengesOnboarding wasn't as smooth as I hope that it would be. But the experience was still nice.

    Working with PSG has been a valuable learning experience, with a supportive team and growth opportunities, though there’s room for improvement in areas like compensation.
    The good thingsI’m thankful for the wonderful experience I had during the recruitment process with PSG. The HR representative was thoughtful, kind, and proactive. It truly made the whole journey feel less like a process and more like a conversation with someone who cared.
    The challengesOne area I believe PSG could improve on is in providing annual salary increases and offering a more competitive night differential. These adjustments would go a long way in recognizing the hard work and dedication of their employees, especially those working night shifts.

The company's slogan "Passion meets Profession" shows how PSG encourages their employees to prioritize their Passion the same way they prioritize their Profession.     The good thingsI’m incredibly happy to be part of PSG! They make sure that pay is still competitive and this makes me feel valued for my work. Flexibility of remote-first setup is a huge help since I'm quite far from Makati and it gives a balance between work and life. What I love about PSG is the supportive team and leaders! My FLS makes sure to set 1:1 meetings to allow me to discuss everything from my performance to career growth and any concerns and ideas.

As a result, instead of fearing AI, we are maximizing its use, to our advantage. Work-life balance is also an important concept in the company and the leaders ensure this is always implemented.
