    Great company to learn and management appreciates the hard work of their employees.
    The good thingsThey really value the welfare of their employees, especially on this pandemic. Even before the mandated lockdown by the government, the management immediately decided the WFH set up to keep all the employees safe. They also show how they appreciate the hard work of their employees through monthly incentives and monthly recognition.

    A company that cares.
    The good thingsI am so glad to be a part of a company that cares not only for their employees but for our families as well. The management team immediately implemented a business continuity plan even before the government announced a lockdown, which allowed us to work and provide for our families at the comfort of our homes. We have monthly incentives and employees are being recognized accordingly as well. Team members/employees are greatly appreciated too for our efforts and hard works. The company also gives opportunities for you to hone your skills and develop a few more and be successful. Love the people who work here too, they are friendly and I did not have a hard time adjusting when I first joined the company.

    Going and Above and beyond for their people!
    The good thingsPSB Technology Services as a whole cares so much for their people like family. WFH was immediately an option even before the pandemic spread the country. Resources were provided like laptops, monitors, mouse and, chairs even cables. The management genuinely respects people's suggestions and is very open to innovations. Though a small company not as big as the other BPOs out there - I can see that we are doing very well and stable. Working with PSB Technology Services feels like being at home where you feel safe and cared for. Highly recommended company.

    The company remained strong even with the pandemic
    The good thingsNo impact on salaries, incentives and even give perfect attendance bonus while working from home. We have been working from home since Mar 10 even before the gov't announcement. The company prioritizes the safety of its employees. Same incentive scheme and with virtual engagement activities. We are also hiring new people virtually.
    The challengesI wish all people appreciate everything that the company is doing for us.

    Better Look for another company
    The good thingsThe company was great I worked for them for more than 2 years. However they change the management and managers and because of that the company went from the best to the worst. I'm thankful because I was able to learn many things and it gave me good sales experience on my cv.
    The challengesThe new HR and Managers are not supportive. They act as if they are the owner of the company.

    Misleading JD
    The good thingsProcessing is quick, enticing and welcoming. The Benefits seems attracting.
    The challengesBut I was disappointed after knowing that the job description presented to me during the interview was not even 80% of my actual work load. I hope that the company will be honest from the first day of interview so that I would have saved time and money knowing that the roles that will given to me does not fit my skills and is not the goal I want to pursue.
