    PGI is a very great avenue for working experience and a starter for greater career path.
    The good thingsSalaries and benefits are way higher than other companies. They offer above minimum wage and benefits such as life insurance, in-house medical and dental care, up to 14th month pay, bonuses and more.
    The challengesStressfull moments bother several employees especially if working in the paperworks at the end of the month or year. But it is part of the job so it's still okay.

    I experienced basic work such as bank reconciliation, petty cash replenishment, marketable securities stocks disposal and acquisition, etc.
    The good thingsThe employees were friendly and approachable. I like my supervisor because she was understanding.
    The challengesAt first I was somehow pressured because I was working together with adults and at the same time, despite of my supervisor being understanding, she is somehow strict when it comes to office tasks, but I was thankful because I gained such important experience that I could apply when I'll become an employee.

    It was great as well as I learned a lot from them.
    The good thingsI enjoyed the people since their are approachable as well as friendly. I also enjoyed the things that the company taught us in relation to human resource field. It was very memorable experience for me since it gave me a glimpse of what is to work in a particular company. I am honored and blessed to be part of the Pryce Gases, Inc. family.
    The challengesThe challenges I have encountered during my internship was some of the things on the checklist to be done by intern was not followed. I considered it as a challenge since some of the later part of the checklist I think will help me develop a more competitive self as wells to be an effective human resource in the future.
