    A great start for a fresh graduate student
    The good thingsI really enjoyed working here. Met a lot of good friends that I know I can treasure forever. Co-employees are easy to work with. Has a good work-life balance. Lots of things to learn specially in the insurance industry
    The challengesYou have no room for career development. Being a contractual employee might last for at least 2-3 years, unless scheduled for an exam for a probationary position. Please improve on this PGA. Thank you

    The good thingsThe good things is this company know how to handle well their people. they value their employee by giving enough salary, incentives and awards.This is a stronger and fast growing insurance company in the Philippines.
    The challengesI enjoy working here because of the challenging task that given by the employer. They will train you so well when it comes to dealing with clients and working with time pressure. these things helps you to become more competitive and responsible to finished your job well on time

    As a branch clerk i know to handle my work easyly i dont crack under pressure multi tasking job
    The good thingsAbout the call out activities im doing to the insurer and to answer all the incoming calls i also do reporting thru pdf word
    The challengesThe company is private which is less benefits the wage is minium and its only good for the allowance budget

    ups and downs
    The good thingsThe good thing is that working with such great and intelligent people makes you want to standout more. You want to work efficiently, and make your day to day productive.
    The challengesThe company could hbe been done better if they will have the heart yo their employees of different ranks especially those who just start up their career but it seems like it is in reverse. They will just toy you and and credit is on them. You worked hard they get the credit.
