    I recently went to the office in Las Pinas for an interview, and I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I found the initial interview with the recruiter to be a bit unprofessional. After our conversation, she informed me to wait in a separate room for the second interview. However, we ended up waiting for nearly two hours without any updates on our status. It would have been helpful if they had informed us about the delay, as I could sense the frustration in the room. Eventually, feeling quite bored and uncertain, I decided to head home. I believe that the recruitment process could use some improvements, and it's important for staff, including security, to maintain a professional demeanor throughout the experience.

    The Unforgettable Job
    The good thingsThey taught me a lot of things that the previous company didn't gave me. This Company had become one of the agencies that deployed a lot of hardworking individuals bound to japan. They train their applicants here in the philippines well first before deploying it. The company is doing great and the staffs are very approachable.
    The challengesThey give me a challenging roles which is to encode 30 bio-data's everyday. Every bio-data has 4 pages. It is very challenging to me because I've never experienced that kind of job in whole entire life. And then, there was the time that my boss wanted to try my ability in recruiting applicants. That was my very tough task I've ever experienced in this company yet productive.
