    The good thingsIt allows you to work in flexible time and the job offers a lot of perks, like quarterly bonuses, domestic and international travels, and more incentives.

    I was able to learn how to do business, Inspire other people about the importance of having a proper financial planning. sharing some advice about financial literacy based on their Financial status.
    The good thingsI was able learn new skill sets about sales, how to communicate properly by listening to them and giving them best advice I can give in terms of financial advise. I also learn how to manage people by recruiting them to be part of my team and help them to become a better person also so that we can learn together.
    The challengesOne of the biggest challenges is that here in my country, most of the people here are having stigma about Life insurance that I really need to explain it one by one properly in order for them to appreciate the benefits of having Life insurance programs, explaining it also why they needed it.

    I have spent 14 months as an operations lead with Pru Life Uk, in administrative support roles. As Operations Lead in Titanium 3 Branch, I frequently collaborate with other administrative assistants and managers to perform calendar management, coordinate with other leaders and assemble administrative reports.
    The good thingsThis company is offering work experience in a high quality setting that will hold you in good stead for the rest of your career.
    The challengesUnder Appreciation and Incompetent Managers. My previous company has traditional and outdated work methods. I was impressed with social acquisition campaigns they implemented and how they reflect a more modern, innovative approach. While I appreciate the traditional methods and have learned a lot about the fundamentals that have given rise to some of the newer methods, I am eager to work for a company that embraces innovation.
