The good thingsI was able learn new skill sets about sales, how to communicate properly by listening to them and giving them best advice I can give in terms of financial advise. I also learn how to manage people by recruiting them to be part of my team and help them to become a better person also so that we can learn together.
The challengesOne of the biggest challenges is that here in my country, most of the people here are having stigma about Life insurance that I really need to explain it one by one properly in order for them to appreciate the benefits of having Life insurance programs, explaining it also why they needed it.
