    A great and wonderful experience, but low salary.
    The good thingsA great workmates, supporting heads and a well mannered individuals are in your workplace. Helpful co workers are in your sides.
    The challengesThe salary is not that high, it is enough for a single person, however married or having a child is not enough in your household expenditures.

    The good thingsLocal governance is our utmost priority in working in the government. Commitment to public service is our greatest virtue.
    The challengesManaging limited resources is very hard to deal with but with prioritisation and first things first hardship become easy and problems are eventually been solved.
