    It was nice working in government but lack of challenges
    The good thingsI did enjoy working with high ranking officials, by meeting them, i did meet other individuals too. At first, i'm thrilled being a government employee but as time pass by, i realize i was not happy, i'm searching for another experience that might give me knowledge and help me boost my ability.

    The good thingsThere’s a lot of Good Things that’s why I enjoyed working here. The Department Heads are so great and also my Conworkers also. I also leraned a lot things speccially in Legal matters. There’s a teamwork and unity in our Office. They are so kind and very approachable.
    The challengesThere’s a lot of challenges in out office. Ofcourse there’s a lot of paper work that we need to finish on time, and sometimes we dont know what to do first because there’s a time that the deadline of the papaerwork are urgent.

    The good thingsI did not actually applied for the work here at the Provincial Government of Tarlac (PGT). I was just called by my former professor who is the current Provincial Administrator and then she said that I should start right a way. I became a part of the team \"Dynamic Plantilla Team\" and this what boosted up my confidence especially relationship with my co-employees and co-teamates.
    The challengesThe challenges at my work is dealing with the \"negative\" minds of the employees. We have been dealing with them for quite some time and until now, their still looking on our mistakes and does not recognizes what we have done in order to help them to get what they deserved. Although it's been tough dealing with them, as long as we have each other as a team, we can do it.
