The compensation doesn't equate the compensation.n

The good thingsStability for retirement purposes. When I get old, I will need all the vebefits of an insurance company like GSIS for healthcare needs because by that time no one is gonna hire me for a job when I get 70.

The challengesI love my work but there must be some laws to equate my workloads to a reasonable compensation so I can live a confortable life just like the any other foreglign country. But still, even with the little salary, I do my job well. I have no choice. I need work for to sustain the my needs and my family.
