    Merits do not matter. All about "who you know" not "what you can do"
    The good thingsLarge bonuses (except when you are a job order. You won't get anything).
    The challengesVery low pay, especially when you are a job order. Full work load. You won't get promoted easily if you don't know people from the higher ups. HARD WORK DON'T REALLY MATTER HERE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
