My experience working as hospital social worker was good. I've learned a lot. I have no problem working with my co-workers.The good thingsI enjoyed the company, the salary, the work. Doctors and nurses cooperatively tought me about medical terms. Philhealth officers and administration officers thought me on admin processes. Chief of hospital and chief nurse advised me on things needed for Social Welfare department management.
The challengesThis is my first job after graduating in college.so to adjust from a typical student to a worker is not easy. But as social worker, i handled my feelings and able to control my emotions when i encountered difficulties in paper works, working with different people, and personal problems.
