Not recommended for a long term career
The good thingsPeople are nice and the company looks out for its employees especially when COVID/typhoon hits
The challenges- There's a ton of admin work; tasks and responsibilities outlined are vague which result to overwork employees. - No retirement plan. - Lack of communication between the management and employee when it comes to promotion. - The company promotes work-life balance yet majority of the teams are rendering overtime, specially during OE season.

There is indeed a work/life balance.
The good thingsThe company is lenient when it comes to your personal matters, as long as it does not interfere with the quality of work that you do.
The challengesThe company could try being more of a good listener when it comes to issues and disputes.

    It's okay
The good things1. Amazing people to work with including the President. Out of all the places that I have ever worked at, I have never had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented people than those at PVG. 2. Free Massages. 3. Casual dress attire. 4. Several opportunities to earn and improve due to abundance of work and overtime. 5. Everyone is dedicated to the goal of the company vision which helps create a unique culture.
The challenges1. There is an OE/AE season (around sep to dec) where there is a lot of work but with little to no organization on managing it from Managers and Supervisors. 2. Work life balance varies from account to account. It can range from "Great" to some and "Non-Existent" to others. 3. The open office environment is great in theory but has the tendency to be disruptive from time to time. There is no place to get away if you want to focus. Drowning yourself in music is not much of an option as the company tells you which and what music player to bring using their archaic electronic policy that is not as progressive compared to other technology based companies. 4. Internal applications and tools that is often buggy and clunky with no professional touch. Using the tool that will suppose to "help you" will soon becomes a chore with the way they function. 5. Little to no career growth. Expect to be in the position that you are in for 3+years before any likelihood of change. 6. Company reorganization that happen frequently (already happened twice this year) without any thought on Implementation which just creates chaos and confusion internally. 7. Lack of proper job training leaving people in a do or die environment. You will get training at first (Ben 101/COBRA/etc..) but 80% of them will not be applicable or related to your job. Once on the floor, training will be provided by TL/teammates who sometimes no longer have the capacity because of their workload.

The management is great and the people who are leading the company are very nice and very approachable
The good thingsThe people are nice. The management is good. The leaders are encouraged to listen and have a good relationship with their team. The big boss is very approachable and it shows that he cares for his employees.Nice benefits.
The challengesThe time I was working there, I didn't have that much problem with the company. Just that the pacing for the training then was too fast and the standards of the trainer then was really high. We can't learn by doing their ways. Each person is different and how they assess and solve things are different too. I think.

    Great Company. Great Culture
The good thingsI am very much inspired working at this company because of the good leadership of the CEO and his top management team. They have provided everything I needed so I can work well at this company. They always engage us in training to help us grow on our field. This company certainly knows what is work-like balance and its employees experience enough amount of it. They are also generous with benefits and they compensate their employees well. This is simply one of the best BPO companies out there.
The challengesNone. I left this company for the reason that my passion is not in the industry where this company works around.

    Fun Workplace
The good thingsThe people are definitely an upside. You can actually feel the management and the company itself striving to make employee experience pleasurable and fun. Proactively offers trainings. Location is very easy to access using public transportation. Internal advancements are preferred by the management over external hiring.
The challengesLocation is gravely plagued by terrible traffic even by Metro Manila standards. There is a high chance of the management asking employees to render frequent and lengthy overtime. In relation to one item in the pros list, the company is fairly small in terms of headcount, which would more frequently than not equal to less internal advancement opportunities and even then, tenured employees would tend to get the edged over the new ones, and rightfully so.

    Great company, awesome upper management
The good thingsI enjoyed working here because the management was supportive. The roles come with corresponding challenges. People are hardworking and schedule is flexible. Nonmonetary benefits are even better.
The challengesThis is a fairly horizontal company and going up the ladder depends on the client requirement.

    Great Company Culture and Environment
The good thingsThis is a very well run company. It has an employee first philosophy that is constantly nurtured by it's management team. The leaders care deeply for their employees and it shows softly in their management approach and in concretely in company policies and benefits. They do a great job of listening to their employees and addressing any concerns from anyone in the company.
The challengesI found that privacy could be challenging with them. This is not entirely due to size but a function as well of the somewhat excessive \"openness\" exercised by management. But this is not entirely bad and might be palatable to other people based on their preferences. But it got too much for me at times.
