    The hospital is a newly built institution. We cannot really expect the best experience when it comes to acquiring the best skills or knowledge but it has given me a lot of those. It is expected that you impart something to the institution since you are still one of the pioneers.

    The good thingsworking with the people behind PHI is easy, they are accommodating and easy to work with. But the admin? how the admin handle the managers is very poor. Leadership of the admin is very unlikely and the environment that the admin is making is very unsuitable to work with.
    The challengesThe management, how she handles the managers, problem solving and her leadership style is very old style and she doesn't know how to listen with her subordinates. Her personal relationship intervenes with her work.

    Nice workplace but they have to improve the benefits of their employees
    The good thingsI love the machines and the chief medical technologist. Co-workers are very friendly.
    The challengesThe benefits are not good, late holiday pays, you have to pay for everything like ID, employment certificate, uniform. The vacation leave is only 5 for the whole year and you have to consume it or else you cannot use it for another year. No dental and medical benefits you only have a very minimal discount.
