    Hiring to separation is traumatic
    The good thingsNone. Even the boss is bad.
    The challengesEverything. HR will require a lot of documents. They will issue second hand devices. HR is rude including The projects. Too much politics.

    The challengesHealth card for dependents is not inclusive and you will need to pay for it No team fund given for team building/team meetings. You will have to shell out on your own.

    The good thingsI really depends on the Project, Some benefits are provided by the Client PROV itself doesn't have that much Benefits provided to the employees.

    The good thingsI was assigned to a good client.
    The challengesHR Manager doesn't know what she's doing. They will try to offer you the lowest possible salary so they can get more from their clients. Clients are actually being treated not fairly. If clients have the money, ProV will look after them, if not then we all know what happens. No/Very LImited A/C on graveyard shifts. The building looks like it has been standing there since the Spanish Era. Forget about career growth when you join this company. These are not made-up things, look for reviews in PEX and you'll see. If the client goes out of ProV they will not absorb you.

    Once in a lifetime experience
    The good thingsI've learn a lot from this company as I started to be one of the Sales Executive from the Manila Sales team. I became more confident in speaking with foreign Executives as I always reached out to them. I'm happy that I worked with mature and talented people. We are not just focus in one area in Sales but in almost all aspects as we do the Pre-Sales to Post Sales of each account.
    The challengesThere's no other challenge in my end except that I'm working on a night shift. But the most challenging part is the Boss.. Don't want to continue anymore...

    The good thingsMy employer gave me a good client, technology wise it is high. My project manager is also a good person. My best boss so far up until now,
    The challengesBuilding is old, Elevators are slow and sometimes not working. They shutdown the AC and it is hot when you're on graveyard shift.
