Great place to work . Highly recommended if you want a Carrer growth while having a good environment.
The good thingsGREAT PLACE TO WORK Seniors, Assistant managers , Manager, HR personnel and other staff are friendly, approachable and supportive. You can work while enjoying. No stress. Chill & relax. Every day you are excited to come in the office for work except rainy days. You can enjoy your leaves without overthinking . People are willing to share their knowledged. For me this is the best place it you want to have stable job although the salary is not higher in the other company.
The challengesSame with other BPO challenges. Client are unstable , or you can move in the other team or client location.

Prople BPI has a very poor HR Service, Management and no allowances, increase provided for US tax filer position. Work from home set up is not true as it is returning back to office.

    Good for fresh graduates
The good thingsGood experience for newcomers/fresh grads. They are not very strict when it comes to attendance.
The challengesThey provide a very low salary and they do not promote their employees, so the employees just get stuck in their current position without growth. No training and certifications being provided for their employees to compensate for the low salary they provide. Politics is very strong in the working environment, and if you are not cool with the higher-ups, you'll get picked every time.

    Good for Fresh Graduate
The good thingsFresh graduates can learn a lot of things, provides training and there are some good managers there as well. The place is conducive for working and the President is approachable, at least for the managers. IT infrastructure is really good, they develop innovative programs.
The challengesNo life-work balance, some overtime are not paid because of cost strain, might have financial problem or whatever due to late posting or non-payment on time of employees mandatory contributions, that's all.

The good thingsMy team are such a hardworking and dedicated bunch. My boss is not a micro-manager.
The challengesEmployees are not treated fairly. Issues are being addressed in a silo'd instead of an integrated approach. Integrity as a result of being told to tell clients inaccurate info.
