    Thankful for almost 13years of experience.I am what I am today because of Profriends.But not all Heads/Managers are concern about the well being of their employee.They just want to increase your task even if you already raise to them your concerns.
    The good thingsAll of my colleagues are friendly even the Heads and Managers.
    The challengesLots of workload but low salary.Increase of salary means increase of workloads too.Meeting extends until almost 8pm.Some Heads/Managers are not concern in well being of their employee.

    A company with a purpose
    The good thingsWorking at Profriends is very rewarding. I have personally witnessed how my project has changed the lives of people for the better. It is rare to be part of a company who values the growth of its community...taking the extra mile and effort to create events and other activities to really build the community. In the office, I am also happy working with a dynamic group who is always up to the challenge of creating new things...with a clear purpose at its center.
    The challengesLike any other company, Profriends needs to constantly improve its process and to build one collaborative team across all departments. I am happy though that there are continuous efforts to improve these items.

    A company who cares for the people
    The good thingsPro-Friends is a company that truly cares for its employees. From all the companies that I worked for, by far this is the management that is so reachable and reaches out to their people as well. And I love the fact that they are very humble. They treat each employee as part of their family.
    The challengesQuick to adapt to technological advancement is what the company needs to work on. The plans are there but I wish they are quicker to shift to those changes. Meaning foresight is needed. Preparations are a must.

    Good Work-Life Balance but Slow career growth and poor compensation and benefits
    The good thingsMy department is stress fee, bosses are good. It has a nice work-life balance.
    The challenges- Office politics is very evident - Poor compensation and benefits: salary is below average, no yearly increase even though you have a good grade on the evaluation. - No other benefits besides the 13th and 14th month pay, HMO provider is subpar with minimum benefits. - Lots of inefficient processes. Process is subpar from ticketing system up to infrastructure. - Slow career growth for employees and very minimal training/support is given. IT infrastructure is not that good.

    Slow Career Growth, no salary inrease
    The good thingsOffice location is accessible, my superiors are always open to communication and the company is open for overtime.
    The challengesSlow career-growth even after conducting PMS and having a good grade. I've been with the company for almost 3 years as of now and for that 3years no salary increase has been made. No other bonus, only 14th month pay was the guaranteed bonus every end of the year. Hope that they would hear this prayer for us to be more motivated at work. Good Salary = Happy Employees

    The good thingsI really enjoy thecteamwork, good communication with the clients as well as co employees.Everyone shares their opinions, knowledge when it comes to work and even the same vision and is dedicated to the mission.The management value are the business, buyers and the employees.And as an employee I appreciate all the good things that I am experiencing now.
    The challengesHonestly the salary in 13 years of my service here .The reason I want to look for other job and this is for my kids for my family.

    The good thingsMore fields of work to learn from. Department managers and colleagues are friendly.
    The challengesMore work but less pay. Too many bosses. Too many departments that were not needed. We are always given tasks that we are not hired to do. No proper PPEs. No recommendations or acknowledgement on your work.
