The good thingsThe HO didn't give anything good to the employee but there were many benefits on the jobsite
The challengesEvery time I get my 13th month pay and check, I don't get it during office hours lunch break 12noon to 1pm only, and the 13th month pay is calculated incorrectly even though it's just basic.
