i am proudly contented of what i am now

The good thingsWhat makes me happy and enjoy most, is whenever i hire someone and see the smooth flow of the operations. you feel proud of yourself because you didn't let the team be crippled and cause delays in deliveries.

The challengesBeing HR, i find difficult in handling heavy cases specially if the offense is Dismissal.
