    Good Place to work at!!
The good thingsThey allow your to go on vacation as long as you properly endorsed your tasks. They give benefits such as HMO after 1 month of Hiring which is not common to many companies. They provide competitive salary and other job opportunities for internal and external candidates. You can learn more on their website online as well.
The challengesI feel that I have been in the same industry for 3 years and I want to learn other things and experience new things. Its challenging because of the demands and the time frame needed to recruit fit/qualified employees.

    Stressful!
    The good thingsIncentives, refresher trainings.
The challengesThe stress level and the targets are hard to achieve. Also, trainings are not provided especially that we need to have CPD units for us to renew our license. They hired us as a Professional and they needed our license so we could start working, but they do not provide free seminars or lectures with CPD units for us to continue our jobs. The salary is already not enough and yet, we have to save up for costly seminars.

The good thingsThe company has offered lots of training to improve employees personality, self esteem, skills, leadership and to be a team player. They offered good benefits and incentives.
The challengesIt's a marketing arm and terms of stay is contractual. They should have prioritized old employees for new projects and offered them new position.

    Working at PIMS
The good thingsI enjoyed working with PIMS because they have a good compensation and benefits but the most important that I admire about PIMS is that they will let you grow and help you with your career throught their field coaching and approchable and caring supervisors and staff.
The challengesYou will get a lot of pressure from your supervisor or superiors but that will help you to grow.

Unlimited Possibilities, Experiences and Great People
The good thingsCompany make sure that they produce, and deploy good employees through there thorough/tough hiring procedure and trainings. You will gain the confidence you need to be competitive in the job. They equip you with all the knowledge you need. They will make you a better individual as well. They also care for the needs of each employees and provide all the necessary they need.
The challengesThe job it self is tough because you also have to sell yourself to the MD's. But because of the trainings and the confidence gained from the training you are sure that rapport is established. And you are sure that you are helping the company reach the aim as well.

    Business and Pleasure Combined
The good thingsEveryone gets to work happily. The company is employee oriented. They make sure that their employees were given the best treatment, equal opportunity and valued. They also provide the best training to their salesforce.
The challengesProject based. One dont have the security if tenure as every job is based on contractual basis depending in the available principals.
