    As an intern i can say that working in Producers Savings Bank is a good experience for a marketing student like me and I learned a lot to it.
    The good thingsWorking as an intern in Producers Bank is a great experience. I learned a lot and I believed that I can used it to my future work. I experienced having/ communicating with different attitudes and behaviors of clients.

    I have wasted some opportunities.
    The good thingsSomehow I managed to understand about the banking products and services that is offered to customers despite of being first timer in the banking industry.
    The challengesI find it very difficult to have a regular annual salary increase and how the management treats the employee with regards to the quality of the job responsibilities that is sometimes unfair. The management has to re-invent better perks, in-house trainings and good appreciations of employees who are true to their job and loyal to the company.

    The good thingsYou will learn how to be flexible. I worked as a CSA/Teller, but there were times that I act as a Cashier and Accouting Assistant. It was good thing, because I learned a lot.

    The good thingsThe Management taught me to do multi tasking and helps me develop my potential as a team player to achiever, they enhance my self esteem and motivate me to excel in my chosen field, they also help me to build my self confidence through providing training related to my job.
    The challengesThe other side of my experience is the challenges that I encounter here, the most challenging situation is that when adjusting in the modes, system as well as the environment around you specially when you are new in the company.
