    More than a decade and counting
    The good thingsGood working environment. The office culture is versatile, people have adapted well to different cultures, lifestyles, ages, and races (we do have a number of foreigners in the company); differences are well respected. Balance in one's personal and work life is achievable here.
    The challengesThere is always room for improvement. The management does hear you out and they do their best to handle issues in a fair manner, but such matters are not broadcasted, which is the right thing to do. However, at times this action is misunderstood as having done nothing.

    If you like working independently - you will love it here.
    The good thingsThings aren't as strict here as other companies. (as long as you don't drop the bal!) Competency is recognized and appreciated. And they care enough for the wellbeing of their employees.
    The challengesSince we support a wide suite of solutions - it's a continuous learning experience. Unfortunately, some foreign counterparts aren't that easy to collaborate with.

    The good thingsWith more than 10 years working experience in BPO Industry. Proactis for me is the best company that I ever work with. Great people management, awesome work environment and the benefits and employees rewards is really good.

    The good thingsInhouse opportunities, you can progress with in the company. Feeling close to the management who keeps us inform of the company's goals. Teamwork is very good within the whole company. I enjoy working with people of different backgrounds and Nationalities.

    The good thingsI enjoyed being in an international company with all kinds of nationalities represented. Everyone is helpful and within the Team you'll get assistance if you need it.
