Work-Life Balance, Good Environment, RecommendedThe good thingsWork-Life Balance - They provide leaves, on average, but definitely enough for you to take a long rest. There is a gym, yoga sessions, a shower area, and a games room which will help release stress. There is also a plan for a rooftop bar.
Good Environment - I was on recruitment department, no bad competitions just healthy ones which is really a plus for me. Everyone is friendly, even the CEO can be approachable.
Would recommend someone to join this company
The challengesThe company is not that big that is why the system is still being flourished. But I can actually see a lot of improvements and much a better process than before. They do give high base pays for for both external and internal employees, but it would be great if the recruiter's incentives would be higher given that it's only 1k per hire and the taxes are just eating it up.
