    The challengesManagement. They love to micromanage and have lots of favorites. Salary is a problem too. HR doesnt have a system for appraisal. Many employees are resigning

    Makes you want to excel more
    The good thingsWorking here is great! Management gives the employees the opportunity to grow and improve. Most of the employees are young blood yet they hold higher positions. Aside from that, the management also cares for its employees and really listens on employee's needs or even grievances. They also make sure that changes in the company are being implemented and discussed to every employees/
    The challengesThe company is expanding and still new in the industry; they tend to implement lots of changes in 1-2 months.

    Working as an intern in privato hotel is awesome because the staffs in the housekeeping department were very friendly and accomodating and it’s so fun working there even though it can be stressful at times.

    The good thingsThey hire usually internally so there's a chance for career growth, and since the hotel is still new what's great is that you really learn a lot in the front office because you have a lot of responsibilities.
    The challengesSalary does not compensate the amount of work you put in.
