    Overloaded work, little manpower, store activities no overtime payMaraming benefits but mahigpit sa overtime. Workload is subra-subra especially sa mga supervisors,maraming mga side duties especially pagiging clearing officer pero hindi naman nababayaran ng maayos ang overtime

    I was stockman for 1day and promoted to checker for months then promoted again into indexer for 1 year then promoted again into Outgoing Team Leader 6 months then lastly promoted into Data Control Supervisor which is my position right now 1 year and months. aslo, I was a receiving checker in Prince Oroquieta for 1 year.

    The challengesMaybe when every time I promoted. because its have another responsibilities that I work on. also other people need to adjust too.
