Think twice when applyingThey ghost you if you don't make it to the next steps. Very unprofessional and such a "traditional" way to "decline" and handle applicants and candidates. At least inform your candidates of the status of the application so they'll know if they need to move forward with other applications. Also if you plan to apply, make sure to put watermarks in your case studies, portfolios, and sample works.

A company that serves as an excellent training ground for larger, more advanced roles.
The good thingsWorking in this company has exposed me to numerous challenges that helped me grow both personally and professionally. The organization provides extensive training programs that not only enhance your skills in managing people but also improve your overall work performance.
The challengesNone. As the company grows, its people grow as well—developing their skills along the way. This isn't a negative thing; in fact, the company prepares you to take on higher roles with confidence.

Dealing with customers will be the important part of my work. For my work experience in a shop , I need to develop a good understanding of the products we sold so i could help customers. I also learned to be polite and keep smiling, even with some of the more challenging shoppers.
The good thingsThe learnings and growth opportunities.
The challengesWorking with a difficult colleague, responding to inappropriate behavior, and providing negative feedback.

Good exposures for people in brand management and marketing
The good thingsFlexible work arrangement, casual attire, employees discount, ample trainings, humble owners, and competitive atmosphere.
The challengesUnfortunately, the construction department is not a core group so the company doesn't focus too much on the career path of the construction people. Would have been great if they maximized the potential of the group.

    Great learning experience but overworked
The good thingsGreat perks Flexible time No uniform Explores other opportunities with external clients
The challengesThe line between work and personal life blurs. The work/life balance is leaning more into work especially with the 6 day work week. Structure could be improved. They tend to overwork their staff by assigning multiple roles to one person. Mentorship from seniors to juniors can also be improved.

    Contractual, Low Salary
The good thingsThey have their own building. It's in Ermita so there are a few establishments for food trips and after-work hangout. Flexible time schedule for back office employees.
The challengesYou'll start off with a contractual position, in substance your probationary period. If you're a fresh graduate, they're gonna low-ball you. You're more or less in the minimum wage earner level. There's no harmony from the department. It has a lot of factions and they all keep to themselves. You can have a polite conversation but no real connection. This also goes out with other departments. It's pure business if you don't have anyone close within the company. I didn't enjoy my time because of this.

The good thingsMinimal politics. Fun environment since most are millenials. Exposed to different learning experiences on the chosen field and being an entrepreneur.
The challengesSince it's part of retail industry, you can expect SOMETIMES there would be work-related messages during weekends.

Heavily stressful but with a good environment
The good thingsGood culture (depends on the department); Nice new building (gym facilities, air hockey, etc); Compensation and benefits are fairly competitive; Employee discount; Flexi time
The challengesCommon issue that I would hear from my colleagues is their workload. Be ready to do tasks from top to bottom and to work beyond your scope on a daily basis.

A place where you can grow
The good thingsMost of the people that you will be working with are pleasant. The BODs are humble too. You will learn a lot, gain experiences, expand your network and enjoy discounts/sales exclusive for employees. Work is not easy so if you are up for a challenge, this is the place to be.
The challengesCompensation and benefits package should be further improved given the work load. This will drive employees to stay with the company for a long time. Also improve on promotion/growth.

    Great Work Experience!
The good thingsWhat I enjoyed most about working with the company rather than the great benefits as a worker, is the work environment. The energy of my co-workers as well as the management motivates me to go to work everyday. This was my first job and I learned so much from them in just a span of few days I was already improving and doing good for myself.
The challengesThere is absolutely nothing negative to say about this company. This was the best and first Company I have worked for and I would recommend it to others.

    Work that lets me Play
The good thingsWorking in Primer for the past 5 years has been enriching and fun. It has given me opportunities to learn and hone my skills in Brand Management and Business Development both here and abroad. Unlike other companies that have been infamous for office politics, Primer offers me an environment that is conducive for career and personal growth and can even be likened to a family.
The challengesParking is a bit of a challenge. Competing with students from DLSU for parking can be a little stressful. Best solution is to come in before 9am to be able find a good spot.
