    Overload work, less paid. 6 years working and yet still minimum wage earner.
    The good thingsIf you're contented only to received minimum rate from start to end of your tenure, then this is the best manpower for you.
    The challengesOver work less paid. Management only prioritize managers. This company serves only a training ground. If you have experience then go find another company who value not only managers but also rank in file.

    The good thingsColleagues are very welcoming and friendly (Assigned Hotel/work place)
    The challengesDELAYED SALARY. You will starve first before you get your compensation. It's very stressful and disappointing on your part, to keep following up and ask them questions . They don't even bother to be the first ones to give you updates with regards to the salary date to be released. Their staff in boracay branch is not really accommodating with regards to inquiries
