    Great compensation, but a toxic work environment with unprofessional behavior from management and coworkers.

    The challengesPrime BMD offers great compensation and benefits, but my experience was affected by a toxic work environment. I often faced public embarrassment and unprofessional behavior from both coworkers and management, including shouting and inappropriate language. While the company itself has potential, the lack of respect and professionalism made it difficult to feel valued. I hope the company can improve its workplace culture moving forward.

    The challengesWorking with the Australian system and Australian management because all my entire experienced were with Philippines company. But I get used to it, and the system are so excellent that I've learned a lot on it. Its a continuous process of giving your best every single working days.
