5 years in service at NAIA as CCTV console operator and i learned a lot there, and the experience was so amazing.
The good thingsI enjoyed the good ambiance and the coworkers/bosses as well, and i think this company is great and also the staff.
The challengesI didn’t enjoy about working here if ever the bosses are unprofessional and irresponsible in terms of work ethic policy or they have attitude to their staff.

    Great career development
The good thingsI was handling HVAC, plumbing, PCO for water LLDA, STP, construction of new tenants and redevelopment of mall. The development I had was beyond expectation.
The challengesSince I was alone in handling all mechanical, work life balance is hard to achieve.

    Great people but heavy workload
The good thingsThe People in the whole company are so lively and easy to be with. Also the supervisors/boss are also cool enough to mingle and have fun with us. There are also a lot of opportunities in terms of growth and development but with the cost of heavy workload and going out of your comfort zone most of the time.
The challengesVery heavy workload, it sometimes go beyond your job description and balancing work and personal life becomes a struggle. If working here is one of your goals, you should be prepare a life of work-life integration rather than work-life balance.

    NOT OK
The good thingsThe employees are good and fun to work with.
The challengesManagement will put some people in the position even if their lack of knowledge in that field. Too much work load and lack of manpower. Management doesn't care about your concerns, they will listen to you but they won't take actions. The benefits are lacking. Organizational Structure is a whole mess.

    Work and Family
The good thingsThe small organization gives you more hands on work and interaction with all departments. It gives a sense of belonging and family.
The challengesSmall organization sometimes means less resources and less manpower. Work schedule is demanding.

    Work at your own pace
The good thingsIn Manuela, they acknowledge your potential. They will let you be a decision maker in your department. They are not strict when it comes to time, deadlines and activities. My experience is actually valuable since it is general and has a very wide scope. There will be a lot of learning and sharing of ideas.
The challengesThey are very lenient. It lacks discipline and you won't matter unless you came from somewhere popular or has a good background. You have to make yourself seen and also you have to be prepared to be neglected and feel non-existent. They are not very concern with growth of employees.

    2nd Job Company Review
The good thingsThe people are friendly and the working environment is a little bit cozy and cool, and there are some training activities that will enhance your personality development
The challengesSince part of the audit team, the challenge I guess is the adaptation of new knowledge (because I have no background in Auditing) so I must adjust

    WHAT HAS BEEN
The good thingsWorking in a retail environment is fast paced yet it allows you to be exposed to a lot of changes every time. It exposes you to different people and scenarios every single day. This allows you to be developed in terms of inter-personal skills and is also a good venue to improve on your people handling skills as well.
The challengesAt the time that i was with the company, the top management group was not quite cohesive. it was composed of opposing groups, leading to a lot of disagreements. This element of confusion trickled below the ranks and created negative impact on people's productivity.
