Working as a Sales Associate at the Primary Group of Builders has been a transformative experience. The company fosters a respectful and collaborative culture, where I’ve developed strong client-handling and negotiation skills. One of the most impactful changes has been the shift from manual documentation to streamlined online systems—making processes faster, more accurate, and less stressful.
The good thingsBeing a Sales Associate at the Primary Group of Builders has given me the chance to grow both professionally and personally. The company fosters a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous learning.
The challenges’m always up for challenges and growth, but I’ve decided to leave the Primary Group of Builders to pursue an opportunity to work abroad and expand my career horizons.

The pros and cons working with PGB-PrimaryHomesThe pros and cons working with PGB - PrimaryHomes, Inc.
Pros:
PrimaryHomes is a great place for fresh graduates. They have supportive colleagues who are willing to train entry-level employees. The salary is average. Most employees have a positive attitude, and the company promotes a good working culture. Christmas bonuses and gift certificates are given every December.
Cons:
There is company politics. The HR department is very slow. I’ve been working for quite some time, but HR still haven’t provided a proper ID to its employees. Although PGB offers good employee benefits, HR does not clearly explain them during orientation, possibly to reduce company expenses. No employee manual for upon delploy. Employees are required to pay for their uniforms. The release of final pay is very slow. Most of the department promotions and internal changes are verbal and no contract signing. Most supervisors have no sense of urgency to especially on approving budgets and memos. Lastly, the company won’t provide company laptops. Regular employees are REQUIRED to pay 60% of the laptop price.

Less Opportunities for Career Growth
The good thingsHas HMO and Government mandated benefits are payed on time. No work on weekends. Good Training ground for Cadet Engineers.
The challengesToo much politics that makes the working environment toxic. Opportunies for Career Growth, Trainings and Seminars are given most likely to those who are in Operations Department only.
