The good thingsAt first, I was afraid to accept my current position, not because I am not qualified for the position, but because it is way too far from what I have taken as my college degree. As years passed by, I have learned to enjoy and loved what I am doing as an accounting assistant and also as a recruiting new employees. It is indeed a great opportunity for me to have this job because it helped me to develop my skills. It may not be the profession that I am looking forward to after graduating, but it is way more than I expected. It helped me grow as a person by allowing me to interact with other people and of course, as a worker, to work hard for a better future and I thank the Management for this opportunities has given to me.

The good thingsThe Company has been operating for more than 30 years in the automotive industry, and a lot of its employees have been with the company for 25 to 30 years. Since I started in the company 8 years ago, I feel comfortable because the company treated me very well and it’s one of the reasons why I have stayed that long. The Company always ensured the health and safety of every employee especially during this pandemic. Providing financial aid during lockdown while having kept the entire workforce in employment, free flu shots, free swab testing and shuttle services to protect its employees and prevent the spread of covid-19. The Company has extended its effort to have herd immunity against covid-19. Through the LGU program, all employees are now fully vaccinated.

The good thingsIt's a great platform to enhance your skills and knowledge. I've been trained to be more efficient and reliable. Many things you can learn from them.
The challengesThe scope of work load is too much. No overtime pay.
Administrative AssistantWe are glad to hear that your skills and knowledge have been enhanced by your stay with us, as we are always delighted to have team members learning and growing. However, to say that scope of work is "too much" is subjective, since the vast majority of our team members are thriving with their current workload. As for overtime pay, proper authorization has to be approved by department head so that accounting dept will have basis of computation of overtime.
