Awesome workplace for general virtual assistants
The good things- monthly bonus based on performance - fixed overtime pay for extra units - great work/life balance - friendly employees - professional clients
The challenges- delayed sss benefits (PH employer's fault) - limited career development options - office based, with no option for remote work - HMO provider limited plan and providers

    Work-Life balance type of job
The good thingsYou can go home without worrying about your job, less stress, friendly and light environment in the office. The work load itself won't really wear you out most of the time and the management team really shows their support whenever you need them. They don't really encourage over time so that employees won't get burnt out easily.
The challengesSome complexity with the tools however, once learned, there are also other skills that you will learn over time that would help you on your learning curve in this company. Another thing is you will be working with C levelexecutive in the US so you must really learn how to act professionally which is a great addition to your skills.
