    Good people but unripe management
    The good thingsGood work environment because of friendly workmates
    The challengesThe challenge would be the load of work compared to the salary given. Most people especially employees or staffs do a lot of things above their job description. Some of the top management doesn't know how to focus and lead their team and spend most of their time on the internet. Despite the performance and loads of work, salary increase is not an option.
